Hello, My name is Amy Abrams, and I practice in Beautiful White Bear Lake, Minnesota. I have been practicing for almost three years now, and for nearly two years I was stuck in a horrible holding pattern in the growth of my practice. I began coaching with Dr. Shawn last Fall, and I had coached wtih other groups in the past, but her's seemed much more personal and tailored to my learning style. With regular phone calls she keeps me very accountable to everything that I commit to. She also helps me to funnel and direct my overflowing passion for chiropractic that has helped my practice grow to record levels in many categories. With her help I have been able to see roadblocks in my practice more efficiently than I have in the past, specifically with staffing issues in the last few months. My name is Dr. Deborah Kowalski. I practice in Nashville, Tenessee. I joined Powersource Coaching a year and a half ago, and Dr. Powers has helped me tremendously in learning how to communicate with my practice members about what chiropractic is, how it works, how long it will take. It has really helped me get objective about findings and how to show practice members where they are starting, giving them a vision about where I think they can go and documenting that. That has really helped me with my certainty and my vision for people. My practice has doubled in the last year and a half. I was averaging about 30 people a day, I worked two and a half days a week and now I am seeing 50-60 people a day. Some days I've even seen 70 and a couple of days even 80, and I'm doing it with so much love in my heart and fun in my practice. It has certainly been challenging in some respects, but mostly once I got over my own personal hurdles my practice has really become the practice of my dreams. I got a note from accountant about six months ago, and he wrote "note your profit margin, outstanding - best of any client. Especially impressive for a solo practitioner. Your coach is worth every penny." I certainly feel like that is true. The monthly fee that I spend for Dr. Powers has come back to me a 100-fold. The clearness and clarity in my heart in communicating with my clients has made my practice such a joy, and my staff has been happier. They come to all the semianrs with me and they are thrilled and uplifted. My weekly talks keeps me very focused. What you focus is what you will attract. I have attracted more people to my practice. I serve the people in practice with better quality, care and they stay longer. I see more kids, which is what I wanted to do. Dr. Shawn has really helped me do the things that I dreamed about, and now I'm doing them and I'm enjoying it. I'm really happy to have a coach and someone that I know that I can count on to be my support system and I'm very grateful about that. |
